I am a 62 years old female. After 3 years of putting off my exercise routine (before l was always active) I finally decided to get help with a professional trainer. In January my husband found AJ for LivFit. In February I started my training with AJ. She is incredible, very professional, nicest person ever and yet hard enough to make you work. I can’t wait to see her and be guided by her. My workout routine is awesome, always different. She makes me want to exercise even after a butt kicking session. I can feel her passion towards exercise and she passes that to her client, me. I would recommend her to anyone truly wanting to get back on track or just starting out. Get in line soon she will not have any openings, she is that good. Very grateful and happy BK

Want the real deal… go to LivFit Training (Harrison Twp)and talk to AJ owner and trainer. My wife has been seeing AJ for the past 3 1/2 months and achieved great results with weight loss, fat reduction, motivation and confidence. I’ve never seen my wife so determined. LivFit is a place that I go a couple times a week not just for my physical health but also my mental health. AJ helped me stay active with restrictions before a knee surgery. She trained me after surgery to get my strength back. She is knowledgeable, experienced and motivating! I can talk openly with her about my health and goals.Her studio is super clean and has great equipment. She makes me laugh every session. If you want a train with someone who will test you but understands your limits get with her!

AJ is the best trainer I've had. She is very thorough and pushes you to be your best you. Very knowledgeable and a great teacher of nutrition. The gym is very well kept and spotless. Hands down best gym around.

Several years back my wife began working out with AJ and for whatever reason felt it was something I should also do. That decision made by my wife was a life changer. I’m now 53 years old and after many years of working out with AJ, I still don’t look forward to “training day” but I go anyway and I always leave feeling tired, sweaty, and like a million bucks!! (if you want a great HIIT workout, try her 6:30pm Bootcamp!) 💪🏼😁

AJ is very methodical. Her initial assessment of my abilities was spot on; neither over or under challenging. She adjusts the regimen as required and addresses all areas pertaining to your goals.

AJ is a great trainer! She has encouraged me to try different workouts and programs that I never imagined I could do…swimming, biking and running are just a few. Working out is both physical and mental. Some mornings I just need a physical break and AJ is a good listener and giver of advice. Group workouts can be great but one on one training with the right trainer is hands down the best experience! Give her a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I can't begin to say how much I've enjoyed training with AJ. I've been dealing with an injury and she has helped me work through it. The workouts are challenging. I'm always amazed at what I can actually do. She's aware of potential but with an eye to safety. Highly recommended. She makes you feel good about yourself!!
